Continuum Health Alliance, based in Marlton, NJ, reported a data breach that exposes sensitive information of 377,119 patients from its client, Consensus Medical Group.
The incident and unauthorized access to Continuum network was identified on October 19, 2023. The investigation revealed that the breach occurred between October 18 and October 19, 2023, compromising data files. On March 8, 2024, it was confirmed that the affected data included patients' data.
