Dentistry. One, LLC, a dental telehealth provider based in New Jersey, is reporting a data breach resulting from unauthorized access to certain company systems.

According to the official notice, the unauthorized access potentially exposed a range of personally identifiable information (PII) belonging to Dentistry. One patients. The company claims that it successfully identified the unauthorized party and confirmed that all data in their possession was deleted and that, the unauthorized party signed a termination certificate attesting to the deletion and non-misuse. The compromised data includes:

  • Names
  • Addresses
  • Government-issued identification numbers
  • Social Security numbers

The nature of the attack beyond "unauthorized access to certain Dentistry. One systems" has not been disclosed. The number of affected individuals is not disclosed. Given the claims of "identified unauthorized party and all data deleted" it seems to be an insider incident.

The incident was reported on December 26, 2025, and notification letters sent to affected consumers. The breach compromised sensitive patient data, though the exact number of affected individuals has not been disclosed by the company.
