The breach targeted systems used by health and social care trusts in Northern Ireland and international government bodies. The XP95 hacking group has claimed responsibility for the attack.
The XP95 group claims to have stolen nearly 500,000 files and is demanding a ransom. Healthdaq stated that the issue has been contained and the platform has been secured.
The compromised data apparently includes:

- Criminal background checks and driving licenses
- Vaccine records and health information
- Curriculum Vitae (CVs) and professional qualifications
- Full names and contact details
