Masimo Corporation, a medical device manufacturer is reporting a significant cyberattack that has disrupted its operations and limited its ability to fulfill customer orders. 

The cyberattack was first identified on April 27, 2025. The company isolated the affected systems to prevent further spread, engaged cybersecurity experts to assist with recovery and investigation, and notified law enforcement agencies.

Masimo's states that, "certain of the Company's manufacturing facilities have been operating at less than normal levels, and the Company's ability to process, fulfill, and ship customer orders timely has been temporarily impacted." This disruption affects a company that serves healthcare facilities globally with critical medical monitoring equipment.

Masimo did not disclose whether the incident was a ransomware attack, and whether any data was exposed.

The company claims that the investigation is ongoing.
