Radiant Logistics, an international freight technology company, has temporarily segregated its Canadian operations following a cyberattack. Radiant Logistics offers a range of services including warehouse and distribution, customs brokerage, order fulfillment, and inventory management.
The firm disclosed to U.S. regulators that it detected signs of a cybersecurity incident affecting its Canadian segment on March 14.
After detecting the incident, Radiant Logistics activated its incident response and business continuity plans and isolated its operations in Canada from its broader network and enlisted cybersecurity and forensic experts to evaluate, contain, and mitigate the breach.
Radiant declined to comment on the nature of the attack or whether any data or individuals are compromised. They anticipate resolving these issues within the next week. The company reassured that its U.S. and international operations remain unaffected.
