Teamsters Union 25 Health Services & Insurance Plan (TeamstersCare) is reporting an incident that compromised personal and health information of 21,469 individuals.
The data breach was discovered on August 1, 2025, affected the TeamstersCare members and participants in the Teamsters Local 25 Investment Plan. The investigation confirmed that an unauthorized actor accessed and possibly copied files containing personal data. Exposed data includes:
- Names of affected individuals
- Social Security numbers
- Member identification numbers
- Health insurance information
- Medical information and records
