VectraRx Mail Pharmacy Services LLC (VRMP) is reporting a data breach, initially detected on December 13, 2024. VectraRx, headquartered in Oro Valley, Arizona, is a specialized pharmacy focusing on medication delivery for on-the-job and personal injury claims.
After discovering suspicious activity within their server, VectraRx launched an investigation with the assistance of third-party forensics specialists. The investigation confirmed that an unauthorized party had potentially accessed and copied files containing sensitive consumer information. The compromised data includes:
- Names
- Social Security numbers
- Dates of birth
- Prescription information
- Dates of service
The number of affected individuals and the nature of the attack are not disclosed.
Update - as of 22nd of February 2025, VectraRX reports that 109,683 individuals were impacted.
The company has started sending data breach notification letters to all affected individuals.
