Artivo Surfaces reports data breach exposing data of over 1,000 people

Artivo Surfaces, a Michigan-based flooring and tile distributor, is reporting a data breach that exposed sensitive personal information belonging to over 1,000 individuals.
The incident occurred in September 2025. The breach was not discovered until November 24, 2025, nearly three months after the initial intrusion. The investigation confirmed that attackers had gained access to personal information stored within its systems. The exposed data includes:
- Name
- Social Security number
The nature of the attack is not disclosed.
On December 18, 2025, Artivo began mailing data breach notification letters to the 1,036 affected individuals. Artivo is offering affected individuals complimentary credit monitoring and identity restoration services for a period of 12 months.
