These customers had their personal and confidential information exposed due to a technical malfunction. The incident occurred during routine system updates on Thursday, April 24, 2025, when a temporary glitch allowed certain customer accounts to be viewable by other customers during online banking sessions.
The bank's technical team quickly identified and addressed the issue, temporarily suspending some online banking functions until the problem could be fully resolved. All online banking services, including the Arvest Go mobile application, were completely restored by the afternoon of Friday, April 25, 2025, approximately one day after the incident was first detected.
The sensitive customer data exposed in this breach included:
