The breach occurred from February 7 to February 11, 2025. Beverly Hills Oncology Medical Group started an investigation with external cybersecurity experts. The investigation concluded on October 13, 2025 and confirmed that attackers accessed and potentially stole sensitive information.

- Health insurance policy information
