On November 23, 2024, the organization discovered potential unauthorized access to their network. The investigation was assisted by egal counsel and outside IT forensics specialists. It was determined that an unauthorized actor gained access to their systems between November 19 and November 23, 2024. During this period, the threat actor accessed and exfiltrated certain data from their network.
