Century Support Services reports data breach exposing data of 160 K customers

The Pennsylvania-based debt settlement company Next Level Finance Partners, LLC, operating as Century Support Services is reporting a data breach that exposed sensitive personal and protected health information of 160,759 individuals across the United States.
Century Support Services detected that an unauthorized party gained access to its computer systems on November 7, 2024. The company launched an investigation with cybersecurity specialists which completed around May 30, 2025 and concluded that some of the files accessed by the attackers contained personal information.
The exposed data includes:
- Names and dates of birth
- Social Security Numbers
- Driver's license numbers and state identification numbers
- Medical information and health insurance details
- Passport numbers
- Financial account information
- Digital signatures
The nature of the attack has not been disclosed.
Century Support Services began notifying affected individuals on June 27, 2025. The company is offering 12 months of free credit monitoring and identity theft protection services to affected individuals. The company has established a dedicated response line for customers to enroll in these protective services and obtain additional information about the incident.
