Oglethorpe Inc., a Florida-based healthcare management company that operates in-patient mental health and addiction recovery treatment facilities, is notifying 92,332 patients that their personal and health information may have been compromised in a cybersecurity incident discovered in June 2025. T

On or about June 6, 2025, Oglethorpe detected a network security incident. The investigation with third-party forensic specialists determined that attackers accessed files containing sensitive personal information. The exposed data includes:

  • First and last names
  • Dates of birth
  • Driver's license numbers
  • Social Security numbers
  • Medical information and health records

The nature of the attack is not disclosed. 

Oglethorpe has wiped and rebuilt all affected systems and implemented enhanced security protocols and otified the Federal Bureau of Investigation about the incident and is cooperating with law enforcement in their investigation. 

Affected patients are being offered twelve months of complimentary credit monitoring services.
