Kelly & Associates Insurance Group, Inc. (Kelly Benefits), a company specializing in employee benefits enrollment, is reporting a data breach affecting 413,032 individuals.
The company detected suspicious activity on March 3, 2025, and subsequent internal investigation confirmed that unauthorized actors had gained access to their network between December 12-17, 2024. During this period, threat actors copied and exfiltrated certain files from the company's systems.
The breached data reportedly included sensitive personal information such as:
- Full names
- Social Security numbers
- Financial account information
The nature of the attack is not disclosed.
Update - as of 30th of June 2025, Kelly Benefits reported that 553,660 individuals were impacted by the incident.
Kelly Benefits has notified affected individuals, filed a report with the authorities and is offering victims 12 months of free credit monitoring and identity theft protection services
