PDCM Insurance was hit by a ransomware attack claimed by LockBit 3.0 gang. The attack compromised personally identifiable information (PII) and protected health information (PHI) belonging to employees and customers.
PDCM Insurance provides various types of insurance coverage including business, group, life, and health insurance products.
The attack was claimed by LockBit 3.0 ransomware group on their dark web site on May 1, 2025. The attackers posted screenshots of internal documents or system interfaces as evidence. PDCM reported the incident to authorities on June 27, 2025.

- Social Security numbers
- Addresses
- Health insurance information
- Other insurance policy information
- Medical information
- Payment information
