The investigation confirmed that attackers gained access to its network and stole sensitive files between October 12 and October 28, 2024. The exposed data includes:

- Social Security number
- Date of birth
- Financial account information
- Medical information
- Health insurance information
- Username and password
- Passport number
- Driver's license or state ID
- Payment card information
- Biometric data
- Taxpayer ID number
- Employer ID number
The nature of the attack and the number of affected individuals is not disclosed. It's also unclear why the church waited for over a year to report this incident. The church is mailing notification and is offering complimentary credit monitoring services to all affected individuals.
