A threat actor GhostR has claimed responsibility for hacking the Australian logistics company Victorian Freight Specialists.
Victorian Freight Specialists, based in Dandenong, Victoria, serves regional Victoria and southern New South Wales. The company operates several depots in Dandenong and Altona and has agents throughout Victoria.
GhostR posted details of the breach on a hacking forum, stating that they infiltrated the company's server networks on May 26, 2024, and extracted over 846 gigabytes of data.
GhostR provided a sample data set which includes internal SQL database records and screenshots of logon screens.
