Leonardo flight booking system impacted by DDoS attack

Ukrainian hacktivist group IT Army has claimed responsibility for a significant distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attack targeting the Russian local airline booking system Leonardo, which serves over 50 Russian carriers.
The attack on Leonardo disrupted operations for key Russian airlines such as Aeroflot, Pobeda, and Rossiya Airlines, as reported by Russian state defense firm Rostec. Rostec emphasized that these attacks against Leonardo have been increasing and have reached an "unprecedented" level.
They believe there is an ongoing cyberwar aimed at damaging Russia's IT infrastructure and disrupting vital industries. No details are provided about the duration of the attack and whether there was a data breach.
The admission of responsibility from IT Army regarding the compromise of Leonardo comes shortly after a pro-Russia hacking operation targeted several Canadian airports and impacted Air Canada through a data breach.
