The NoEscape ransomware group has listed Granger Medical Clinic in Utah on their leak site on 24th November. NoEscape has uploaded a filetree that detailed a variety of files as evidence of the hack.

NoEscape provided screenshots of supposedly stolen files, showcasing segments of employee information and other internal documents. The group's public message declared that they had successfully encrypted the clinic's network and after what they referred to as "lengthy negotiations," insinuated that Granger had opted against meeting their demands.

NoEscape boasts possession of over 35GB of critical data, including

  • non-disclosure agreements,
  • contracts,
  • extensive employee and patient personal data,
  • Social Security numbers, a
  • financial and confidential documents.

They warned of "multi-million dollar losses" should this data be released. Subsequently, NoEscape leaked more than 31 GB of files in a multi-part leak, which is still being evaluated.

Currently there are no details available to confirm or deny the validity of the leak files, nor the number of affected individuals.
