Pam Golding Properties, a property company in South Africa, is reporting a cybersecurity incident that resulted in unauthorized access to personal information stored on their customer relationship management (CRM) system. 

The breach occurred on March 7, 2025, when an unknown third party gained access to their system using a compromised user account.

Pam Golding secured affected user accounts and terminated all active sessions and reset passwords for all user accounts system-wide. The breach exposed personal information of some of their clients, but has not disclosed details of exposed data.

The company has notified affected clients, reported the incident to the Information Regulator and reported the incident with the South African Police Service.
