INC Ransom added the Ministry of Economy and Finance to its victim list on its dark web leak site on September 5, 2025, and published sample documents as proof of their claims.
Exposed data reportedly includes:

- Confidential government documents
- Financial records and budgetary details
- Administrative documents
- Strategic planning materials
The number of affected individuals is not disclosed.
The ministry claims that personal and institutional data remain safe and that industry-standard security measures are in place to prevent future incidents.
