Qlin crime gang claims responsibility for attack on Neurology Center of Nevada

The Neurology Center of Nevada (NCN) was listed on Qlin ransomware gang leak site. As evidence, Qlin posted screenshots, some of which disclosed personal or protected health information.
Qlin has also claimed to release a substantial 198.20 GB file containing data from NCN. However, similar to their previous claim regarding Cardiovascular Consultants, the file does not seem to be downloadable, and Qlin has not responded to inquiries about this issue.
There has been no notification found on NCN's website or on the public breach tool of the Health and Human Services (HHS) regarding this incident.
This event, if verified, could represent the second ransomware attack on NCN in roughly a year. Previously, in September 2022, NCN reported a breach that affected 11,700 patients, involving unauthorized access between June 12 and July 17, 2022, which led to file encryption.
