New Horizons Medical, a Massachusetts-based outpatient mental health and substance abuse treatment provider has been listed on the DevMan ransomware group's dark web leak site, marking a potential second data breach for the organization within two years.
The threat actors claim to have acquired "90k 236gb" of data from the healthcare provider but did not provide screenshots or proof to support claims.
Since New Horizons was hit by a ransomware attack in February 2023, this can be a rehashing of the old data, or a completely new attack.
