The breach was discovered on May 15, 2024, when the company detected suspicious activity within an employee's email account. Subsequent investigation revealed that the unauthorized access had begun on March 5, 2024, and continued until its detection. RBN secured the affected account and engaged external cybersecurity experts to conduct a thorough investigation. On June 11, 2024, the investigation confirmed the unauthorized access, leading to a review of potentially compromised data, which was completed on September 12, 2024.
