Standard Sales Company, LP, a beverage distributor based in Texas, reports a data breach. The company distributes major brands like Budweiser and Corona and employs over 500 people and runs eight sites across Texas, Mississippi, and Kentucky.

The breach allowed the hackers to view or steal sensitive data. The exposed data includes:

  • Full names
  • Social Security numbers
  • Driver’s license numbers

The number of affected individuals an the nature of attack are not disclosed. 

Standard Sales notified authorities on January 9, 2026 began sending out notice letters to affected people. Victims should watch their bank accounts and credit reports for any strange activity. It's not clear whether the company will offer free credit monitoring.
