According to the bank's filing with the Massachusetts state government, the compromised data may include:
- Customer names
- Contact information
- Dates of birth
- Account numbers
- Transactional data
The total number of impacted customers across other states has not been disclosed. The former employee has been terminated, and TD Bank is currently working with law enforcement as part of an active investigation.
