The incident, later claimed by the RansomHub operation, resulted in widespread disruption of city services and systems, including:
- internet connectivity across city facilities,
- WiFi systems,
- library services,
- permit and inspection platforms,
- Municipal Court operations,
- utility billing systems.
The city implemented a phased recovery approach spanning approximately three weeks. Phone systems were the first to be restored on November 1, followed by utility billing platforms on November 14.
