  • Corporate operational files
  • Server-side business records

The number of affected individuals is not disclosed. The company claims that customer personal information remained protected because it is hosted on a separate infrastructure managed by a third-party vendor, which showed no signs of compromise.

Washington Hotel engaged external cybersecurity specialists to lead the investigation. The company also reported the incident to local law enforcement. The containment measures, resulted in the temporary failure of credit card terminals at several hotel locations, but other operations remained largely functional.
