The Greek logistics company Orphee Beinoglou International Transportation was hit by a ransomware attack. Orphee Beinoglou International Transportation is a major logistics and freight forwarding company that provides integrated supply chain services including third-party logistics, freight forwarding, international and domestic household goods removals, transport and storage of fine arts, and customs clearance services. 

The ransomware group Clop claimed responsibility for the attack. The attack targeted was discovered on February 10, 2025. Exposed Data Types:

  • Names of customers who submit invoices
  • Phone numbers
  • Residential and business addresses
  • Email addresses
  • Tax identification numbers
  • Customer service inquiry records and correspondence

A representative of Orphee Beinoglou confirmed the breach, stating that the company had notified its partners, ensured that no financial data had been leaked, and strengthened its security measures. 

Nespresso customers in Greece received a notification on 21 May about a possible personal data leak, but neither Orphee Beinoglou nor its partner companies have provided specific figures regarding the total number of customers impacted by the breach.
