Leidos QTC Health Commercial Services, also known as First Rehabilitation Resources (FRR), reports a security breach that occured in August 2025.
Attackers broke into the company's email system and accessed sensitive records. FRR shut down the email system and related IT tools. They moved all users to a new, safer email platform to stop the attackers. The stolen data includes:
- Names and birth dates
- Social Security numbers
- Driver’s license and government ID numbers
- Medical and health insurance details
The total number of people affected is not disclosed. The incident was disclosed to officials on December 30, 2025. FRR is offering 24 months of free credit monitoring that includes three-bureau credit monitoring, credit scores, and Social Security number monitoring. It also provides dark web scans and $1 million in theft insurance.
