Fullerton India resumes operations following LockBit 3.0 ransomware attack

Fullerton India has resumed operations after being targeted by the LockBit 3.0 ransomware group.

The apparent breach data exposure includes clients’ personal identifiable information (PII), sensitive financial information such as customer IDs, bank account numbers and the dates they were opened on, Real Time Gross Settlement (RTGS), National Electronic Funds Transfer (NEFT), branch codes and financial transactions – withdrawals and deposits.

Subsequently more than 600 GB of Fullerton India’s data were published on the Dark Web.
