Hackers claim breach of Ford customer data, company is investigating

A data breach has reportedly impacted Ford Motor Company, with sensitive customer information being exposed on the dark web.
The incident is attributed to a threat group identified as CyberNiggers and has reportedly exposed 44,000 customer records containing sensitive information including:
- Customer names
- Customer Physical locations
- Details of purchased products
- Corporate Operational details
- Corporate Internal documents
- Corporate information
The threat actors have published a sample of the internal database for public access on hacking forums. Ford has not yet issued an official statement confirming the extent of the breach or providing specific details about the compromised information.
Update - as of 18th of November, Ford Motor Company states it is investigating the allegations of the data breach.
"Ford is aware and is actively investigating the allegations that there has been a breach of Ford data. Our investigation is active and ongoing." stated spokesperson Richard Binhammer.
As of 20th of November, Ford stated there was no breach of its systems or customer data, clarifying that a reported incident only involved publicly available dealer business addresses from a third-party supplier.
