Fulgar S.p.A., an Italian manufacturer of synthetic yarns supplying major fashion brands including H&M, Adidas, Wolford, and Calzedonia, is reporting a ransomware attack claimed by the RansomHouse cybercriminal group.
The company detected the breach on November 3, 2025, following suspicious activity in its IT systems. RansomHouse listed Fulgar on their dark web leak site on November 12, claiming to have breached Fulgar on October 31. RansomHouse published screenshots of internal files as proof of the successful intrusion.
The exposed data reportedly includes:
- Internal documents and spreadsheets
- Financial information and accounting records
- Bank balance statements
- Commercial invoices
- Communications with external partners and clients
- Operational correspondence
The number of affected individuals is not disclosed.
