Update - on 22nd of December the Akira ransomware gang claimed responsibility for a cyber attack on Nissan, alleging the theft of about 100GB of data including employee information, NDAs, project details, and client and partner information. Despite the ransom demand, Nissan refused to pay and faced threats of the data being leaked online.
