The company's official filing indicates the unauthorized access occurred between October 2 and October 22, 2025, a major discrepancy in the reported timeline. According to the hackers, the stolen data includes:

- Passports and driver’s licenses
- Birth certificates and personal documents
- Non-disclosure agreements and contracts
- Detailed financial records
