They listed Maryhaven on their leak site, claiming to have accessed and leaked personal and protected health information (PHI). Maryhaven posted a notice on their website to acknowledge that some systems were offline and apologized for any inconvenience, reassuring clients that their commitment to care remained a top priority and that staff were still available to serve clients and the community.
