Ransomware gang Dire Wolf claims breach of WineWorks Australia

Dire Wolf ransomware group has claimed to have successfully breached WineWorks Australia, a South Australian wine freight and logistics company. The attackers claim to have stolen 22GB of data inlcuding sensitive customer and business information.
On August 25, 2025, the company was listed on a dark web leak site. Dire Wolf posted a link to a list of exfiltrated files and said that it would "publish all documents" by September 10.
According to the file list published by the attackers, the compromised data includes:
- Login passwords
- Vehicle service histories
- Licenses
- Wine picking slips
- Customer information
- Sales data
- Financial data
- Various other business documents
The number of affected individuals has not been disclosed. WineWorks Australia has not yet provided a public statement about the claims.
