Solix Inc. reports a data breach that compromised multiple employee email accounts and exposed sensitive personal and health information of affected individuals. Solix is a national provider of consulting and business process solutions with expertise in complex program management, eligibility determination, customer care, and state and federal funding recovery.
The incident was discovered on March 24, 2025 and was caused by unauthorized access to email systems over a four-day period. The attackers gained access to personally identifiable information and protected health information. Exposed data includes:
- Names
- Addresses
- Social Security numbers
- Dates of birth
- Tax identification numbers
- Driver's license numbers
- State identification numbers
- Financial account information
- Medical information
- Health insurance information
- Usernames with passwords

Solix is mailing notification letters to all individuals for whom the company has postal addresses. The company has established a dedicated helpline at 1-833-380-8315, which operates Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM Eastern Standard Time, to answer questions and assist individuals in determining whether they were affected by the breach. Individuals who did not receive a notification letter but believe they may have been impacted are encouraged to call the helpline for additional information and assistance.
