Washington State University (WSU) has announced that personal health information of individuals using the Cougar Health Services (CHS) Pharmacy on the Pullman campus may have been exposed due to a recent cyberattack.
On June 20, 2024, Washington State University (WSU) was informed by Change Healthcare, the company responsible for processing insurance claims for Cougar Health Services (CHS), of a data breach. This breach potentially exposed the personal health information of individuals who used the CHS Pharmacy on the Pullman campus.
