Per the report approximately 13,000 individuals have been impacted by this incident.
According to the district, an unidentified user gained unauthorized access to their computer system from February 11 to April 5, 2022.
It is suspected that during this period, the personal information, specifically the names and social security numbers, of the affected individuals may have been compromised.
In response to this breach, the district has take measures to assist those affected. They are offering free credit monitoring services through Equifax to the individuals whose data has been potentially exposed.
