Precision Imaging Centers reports a data breach after discovering a recent cyberattack that exposed confidential consumer data.
Precision Imaging detected suspicious activity on its computer network around November 2, 2022. The company quickly secured its network and launched an investigation with the help of cybersecurity experts. The investigation confirmed that personal information files were accessed and acquired by unauthorized individuals.
Precision Imaging subsequently reviewed the compromised files to determine the extent of leaked information and the affected consumers. It's estimated that more than 31,000 individuals are impacted by the event.
