Peter Green Chilled, a logistics company supplying refrigerated goods to several major British supermarkets, has been hit by a ransomware attack that is causing significant disruption to its operations.
The cyberattack has impacted the company's ability to process orders for refrigerated products destined for some of the UK's largest grocery retailers.
The company notified its customers - primarily smaller food producers that supply regional supermarkets in Somerset, including Aldi, Tesco, and Sainsbury's via email on Thursday 15th of May, informing them that certain orders could not be processed due to the cyber incident.
