Southern Graphics Inc. (SGS & Co.) is reporting a data breach affecting 31,480 individuals.
The incident, was first detected on December 2, 2024, but likely began on November 18, 2024. The investigation conducted with third-party experts completed in late July 2025. It confirmed that the hackers stole personal information from their systems.
Exposed data includes:
- Names and complete contact information (phone numbers, email addresses, postal addresses)
- Dates of birth
- Government-issued identification details (Social Security numbers, passport numbers, driver's license numbers, taxpayer ID numbers)
- Copies of government-issued identification documents (in some cases)
- Medical information and protected health information (PHI)
- Health insurance details and coverage information
- Financial account numbers related to payroll processing
- Demographic information
- Employment-related details including salary information, compensation data, and work performance evaluations
- Login credentials including usernames or email addresses with associated passwords (limited number of cases)
The nature of the attack is not disclosed.
The company notified affected consumers in writing in September 2025, nine months after the incident. Southern Graphics is offering complimentary identity monitoring services, 24 months of triple bureau credit monitoring, fraud consultation services, and identity theft restoration assistance and for all affected individuals.
