Attackers broke into the CHCP network and accessed internal systems containing both academic and clinical healthcare data. The compromised data includes:
- Full names and dates of birth
- Social Security numbers
- Driver’s license and government-issued ID numbers
- Financial information, including account and credit/debit card numbers
- Medical information and health insurance details
- Home addresses
The number of affected individuals is 68,825. The nature of the attack is not disclosed.
