Multiple health institutions were indirectly affected due to the ransomware incident impacting their software provider including Centennial Hills Hospital, Desert Springs Hospital, Spring Valley Hospital, Summerlin Hospital, and Valley Hospital.

The data compromised in the cyberattack is extensive, encompassing sensitive personal information of individuals. This includes:

  • names,
  • contact phone numbers,
  • residential addresses,
  • detailed personal or health information of patients.

ESO has provided some reassurance, stating that, to their knowledge, there has been no misuse of the personal health information that was exposed in the attack. They urge people to remain vigilant by regularly reviewing their account statements and closely monitoring their credit history. This is to ensure the early detection of any unauthorized activities or transactions that could indicate misuse of the stolen data.
